Thank you so much for connecting with me here at Madelicious.  My name is Kim.  I am a wife, mother, and a grandmother who loves to cook and create.  My two passions are being a registered nurse and baking sweet creations.  I am excited to share with you, my friends, the sweets that I make.  I am a self-taught baker, designer, and creator.  I love to learn from the professionals in the business but also learn from myself!  I provide cakes and cookies, designer cupcake bouquets, dessert trays and in home cake classes.  The events I support are weddings, birthdays, and special celebrations.   My favorite medium to work with is the great American buttercream.  My style leans towards flowers and simple clean designs.  I absolutely love the palette knife painting technique!   I do not work with fondants, special inscriptions, but can do less complexed character cakes.
